Hello,
There is a new ticketing tool available for SAP, called STA Ticket System. You can create error reports in SAP and the program includes all runtime information automatically:
- system name, client number
- logo user name, language
- program name, transaction code, screen number, subscreen number
- screen field values (also selection screen field values)
The program can attach the following automatically:
- short dump
- SU53 output
- shortcut to relevant transaction
- screenshot
You can send the ticket as PDF, Word or email or send it to external issue tracking systems like Zendesk.
