DESCRIPTION
At least 5+ end-to-end SAP QM implementation projects, with strong experience in solution configuration and making functionality enhancements.
• Prior experience in integrating SAP QM in to SAP PP and Shop floor processes.
• Critical requirement is the knowledge and experience in enabling online integration of the shop floor testing results with SAP.
• Work directly with clients at all different levels to guide complex projects and develop innovative solutions.
• Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology enablement to minimize client down-time.
• Review the current SAP QM Architecture, conduct meetings with IT & Business, identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP functions associated with Planning, Inspection, and Control.
• Facilitate blueprinting and design sessions and create functional requirements.
• Configure SAP QM systems to meet client business requirements, including connection points with FI, MM, PM and other modules and implementation of SAP best practices.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.
• Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary.
• Should have eligibility to work in the US and be willing to travel to Mexico – different locations.
