Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• At least 2-3 SuccessFactors complete project lifecycle implementation experience.
• Human Capital Consultants who specialize in SuccessFactors Delivery will have responsibility for hands-on configuration and implementation experience in one or more of the following
SuccessFactors modules:
• Employee Central
• Learning
• Performance and Goals
• Succession/ Development
• Recruiting
• Success/Development
• Workforce Analytics
• Workforce Planning
• Overall good understanding of the HCM domain.
• 1 year experience in assisting clients in the implementation of at least one module within SuccessFactors application
• Experience supporting client workshops
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Recognized Certification in one or more SuccessFactors modules
• Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Project, MS PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
