Required:
* SAP CRM BCM (+ 3 complete projects)
* Experience in industry Telecom implementation
* Experience in Call Center processes
* Experience in Integration with telephony (Integration involving IVR and CTI Implementation of basic telephony functions
* Experience in Integration between SAP- CRM and SAP-BCM
